Some users that are running Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Nougat and up, have reported syncing issues related to Gmail and Inbox.
These tips could solve these problem:


Tip 1: Go to Setting --> Accounts & sync --> Auto sync, Make sure that you enable the Auto sync to make it work


Tip 2: For some people this works: Go to the global Sync setting: Can be found in Settings --> Data Usage --> Menu --> Auto Sync Data

Android Marshmallow


Google launched it’s latest version of Android named as Nougat. The latest version of Android brought few very important & required changes to the base Android. One of these changes was battery life improvement. Lollipop was known for causing some errors to some devices around the globe . The most common error in Lollipop was battery life draining.  With Marshmallow, the company tried to fix that.

If you’re unable to sync your Calendar for any reason, you can still set up on your Android device. Here’s how: 


(Don't forget to clean your mail and calendar cache first!)


  1. On your device, tap Email, then tap Add account. 

  2. Enter your email address and password, then tap Manual setup. 


  3. Under What type of account is this? tap Exchange.
